Tashirojima Island has no airports so there is no way just to take a plane. So, you have to take a plane to Toyko first.
From Toyko, you have to take a train to Ishinomaki City. It's about a 7 hour train ride so take a few days in Toyko before going.
After a long probably around 22 hours of trvaeling, first rethink you're decision just to see cats. Then, take the furry to Tashirojima, finally ending your journey.
