About the Island
Tashirojima Island is mostly a travel destination and only a few live on the island. What the island is most famous for is it's huge cat population, it out numbers the residents 6 to 1.
Where is Tashirojima?
Tashirojima is an island that is territory of Japan. It is located South West of mainland Japan. The island is extremely small, the city only a mile and a half long. This place is mostly good for day trips. The majority of the island is mostly forest with the small island located on the South-Eastern area of the island.
